I subscribe to the 80/20 rule. It is important to not deprive ourselves. Yes, we exercise and eat healthy, nutritional foods - - but we are not machines. As a human, we need to treat ourselves with those things that give us pleasure. Food is a God given source of delight. So, I say, eat clean and healthy 80% of the time. The 20% is made up of treats & cheats. ENJOY!
